Zusammenfassung:A cooling plate for use in a blast furnace is described. The cooling plate contains a copper body having an inner face containing ribs parallel therebetween, having first extremities opposite therebetween and separated by grooves having second extremities opposite therebetween. At least one of these ribs contains at least one housing located between its first extremities and containing at least one insert made of a wear resistant material that increases locally the wear resistance of this rib.
