Zusammenfassung:	An object extraction device for extracting an object from a video includes a tracking unit that tracks at least one object included in the video; a crop area setting unit that sets an area to be cropped in any one frame of the video based on coordinate information of the tracked object; a crop area movement determination unit that determines whether or not to move the crop area based on a location relation between the coordinate information of the tracked object and the crop area; and an extraction unit that extracts, from the video, a partial video corresponding to the crop area that is moved or not according to a result of the determination.
