Zusammenfassung:	A shuttle valve and a method of fabricating a shuttle valve. In one embodiment, a shuttle valve comprises a casing having a first and second inlet ports, and an outlet port. The shuttle valve further comprises a sleeve disposed between the first and second inlet ports, a spool slidable within the sleeve along an axial line and having a plurality of detent grooves, and a C-spring. The sleeve has a spring retaining portion that includes at least one offset groove that is offset from the axial line. The C-spring is disposed in the offset groove, and engages one of the detent grooves on the spool.
