Zusammenfassung:	A system and method are provided for electronically capturing a subject's anatomy comprising an electronic device with a camera, display screen, and end-user software program to interface with the user. The software program tracks a target placed in view area, and gives visual feedback to the user based on target tracking. The software program includes criteria represented visually, via audio feedback, or haptic feedback, to the user indicating how to position the camera relative to the anatomy. The end-user software program may have means to automatically capture anatomy on the electronic device based on the criteria being met. The end-user software program may include an auto-zoom, target distortion correction features, and/or other features such as the use of a virtual markers.
