Zusammenfassung:	Implantation of a cardiac stimulus system using an illuminating catheter system, and devices for such implantation. Multiple catheter systems for allowing for selective visualization of the internal thoracic vasculature are discussed and disclosed. A multiple lumen catheter may be used to selectively direct a contrast agent to a desired portion of the thoracic vasculature which may include the internal thoracic vein(s) and/or one or more intercostal veins.
