Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides a display panel, a display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the display panel. The display panel includes a driving circuit, a light-emitting device, and a fingerprint recognition unit. The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic function layer disposed between the first and second electrodes, and the first electrode is a reflective electrode. The driving circuit includes a light-emitting control transistor and a first initialization transistor that are connected to the first electrode via the first through-hole. The driving circuit includes at least a first driving circuit, and a minimum distance between the first through-hole of the first driving circuit and a first gate signal line connected to the first initialization transistor is smaller than a minimum distance between the first through-hole and a second gate signal line connected to the light-emitting control transistor.
