Zusammenfassung:	A projection device for projecting an optical information, in the form of a logo or warning signal, onto a projection surface, includes a light source that has an emission maximum at a first wavelength, a mask disposed in the beam path of the light source, with at least one opening providing the optical information, and at least one optical lens disposed in the beam path. The mask and/or the lens may have a coating with at least one illuminant, the excitation wavelength of which corresponds to the first wavelength and which emits light with at least one second wavelength. A rearview device and a motor vehicle may also include the projection device.
