The hole transport region may include a hole transport layer, which in turn includes a first perovskite compound [A1l][B1m][X1]n with a neutral defect. A hole concentration of the first perovskite compound may be from about 1.0×1016 to about 9×1018 cm−3 at about 25° C. |
