Zusammenfassung:	A display device and a method of fabricating the same. An active area having pixels defined therein is provided on a substrate. A pad area is provided on the substrate to receive signals to be transferred to the active area. A wiring area is provided on the substrate, with electrical lines being disposed therein to connect the active area and the pad area. An inorganic film is disposed in the active area and the wiring area, with a thickness of the inorganic film, located in the wiring area, is lower than a thickness of the inorganic film, located in the active area. Electrical lines are prevented from being broken in a bendable structure intended for a narrow bezel.
