Nucleotide sequences of the 16 SNP loci are shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-16. The 16 SNP loci can be used for providing a support for upstream and downstream processes of breeding, and the application has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, easiness in realization of standardized and automated detection, etc.
