Zusammenfassung:	A method and user equipment are provided. The method includes initiating a circuit-switched (CS) connection establishment procedure by transmitting a connection management (CM) service request message to a core network (CN). Mobility management (MM) connection establishment is aborted in response to failing to receive a CM service acceptance message within a time period. In response to subsequently receiving a CM service acceptance message after aborting the MM connection establishment, a circuit-switched (CS) signaling connection release action is performed.
