Zusammenfassung:	A composition for use as a latex cement additive, the composition comprising an aqueous latex, the aqueous latex comprising an aqueous fluid and a solid elastomer, where the solid elastomer is dispersed in the aqueous fluid; a liquid elastomer, the liquid elastomer having a viscosity between 50,000 cP and 300,000 cP at room temperature; and a surfactant, the surfactant operable to facilitate incorporation of the liquid elastomer into the aqueous latex.
