Zusammenfassung:	A refrigeration cycle device includes a high-pressure side heat exchanger, a low-pressure side heat exchanger, a temperature-adjustment target device to be temperature-adjusted with a high-pressure side refrigerant, an exterior heat exchanger exchanging heat between the high-pressure side refrigerant or a low-pressure side refrigerant and outside air, a switching portion configured to switch between a heat dissipation mode in which the high-pressure side refrigerant dissipates heat into the outside air in the exterior heat exchanger and a heat absorption mode in which the low-pressure side refrigerant absorbs heat from the outside air in the exterior heat exchanger, a cooling request operation portion, and a controller configured to control an operation of the switching portion to perform the heat absorption mode when the cooling request operation portion operates to request cooling of the air and the temperature-adjustment target device needs to be warmed up.
