Zusammenfassung:	According to the present invention, an electrochemical device includes: a positive electrode containing, as a positive electrode active material, a conductive polymer that is to be doped and dedoped with anions, a negative electrode containing a negative electrode active material that occludes and releases lithium ions, and an electrolytic solution containing anions and lithium ions. In a charged state of the electrochemical device, an amount A (mol) of anions that are doped into the conductive polymer and are contained in the positive electrode and an amount B (mol) of the anions contained in the electrolytic solution satisfy a relational expression: 1.1≤B/A≤2.8.
