The curable composition comprises a fluoropolymer containing three or more functional groups represented by formula (F) and at least one hardener selected from the group consisting of isocyanate hardeners, blocked-isocyanate hardeners, and amino-resin hardeners. -Rf1COZ1 (F) (In formula (1), Rf1 represents a fluoroalkylene group or a C2 or higher fluoroalkylene group having an etheric oxygen atom between carbon-carbon atoms, Z1 represents NR1NR2H or NR3OR4, and R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.)
