The magnetic particles have an average minor-axis length of more than 5.0 nm and 50 nm or less and an average aspect ratio of 2.0 or more and 10.0 or less. The magnetic particles are orientated substantially perpendicularly to a central axis of the coil and are orientated randomly within a perpendicular plane to the central axis of the coil. The composite magnetic material has a saturation magnetization σs of 80.0 emu/g or more.
