Zusammenfassung:	A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display device, and a mask plate are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate including a display region and a peripheral region, the peripheral region including a first peripheral region and a second peripheral region; a first power voltage terminal located in the first peripheral region; a first power signal line located in the display region and configured to be electrically connected with the first power voltage terminal; and a pixel defining layer, an edge of the pixel defining layer including a slope. The second peripheral region includes a first sub-region and a second sub-region located on a side of the first sub-region away from the first power voltage terminal, and an average slope angle of the slope located in the first sub-region is greater than an average slope angle of the slope located in the second sub-region.
