Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a method of manufacturing a display device including a louver that is capable of changing viewing angle. The method includes: a first step of forming a first electrode layer to drive the louver on a first main face of a first substrate; a second step of forming a resin layer on the first electrode layer; a third step of forming louver grooves to contain electrophoretic particles and dispersion medium in the resin layer; a fourth step of forming a sealing layer having a flat top face on the resin layer having the louver grooves in such a manner that the sealing layer closes the louver grooves; a fifth step of forming color filters on the sealing layer; and a sixth step of forming a second electrode layer to drive the louver on the sealing layer.
