Zusammenfassung:	A high pressure tank includes: a resin liner for containing a fluid; a reinforced layer covering an outer surface of the liner; a cap including a supply/discharge hole to supply and discharge the fluid to and from the liner; a barrier layer; and an isolation wall member. The cap includes a cylindrical protrusion having the supply/discharge hole. The barrier layer covers an outer surface of the reinforced layer to block all or at least part of the fluid, and includes an opening to expose the protrusion. The isolation wall member forms a closed space accommodating the protrusion and the opening of the barrier layer.
