Zusammenfassung:A connector comprises a housing and a plurality of contacts retained in the housing. Each of the contacts extends in a longitudinal direction and has a retained portion, a contacting portion disposed in front of the retained portion in the longitudinal direction, and a connecting portion disposed behind the retained portion in the longitudinal direction. Each of the contacting portion and the connecting portion are shifted with respect to the retained portion in a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The housing is in contact with the retained portion of each of the contacts from both above and below in the vertical direction and from both right and left in a lateral direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the longitudinal direction.
