Zusammenfassung: | Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for searching jobs for a member of a social network based on transitions of workers between companies. One method includes an operation for identifying jobs based on a search for jobs for the member who works for an employer, with each job being associated with a respective company. For each company associated with the jobs, the method determines an intercompany migration score indicating a transition probability that a coworker transitions from the employer to the company. For each job, a job affinity score is determined based on a comparison of job data and a member profile. Further, the method includes operations for ranking the jobs based on the intercompany migration score of the company and the job affinity score, and for causing presentation of a group including one or more of the ranked jobs in a user interface based on the ranking. |
