Zusammenfassung:	A toilet anti-splash device is provided that includes a first section with a dispersing region configured with spaced deflectors for dispersing and deflecting urine flow, a second section coupled with said first section by which a disinfectant stream is generated in response to a toilet-based water flushing operation and is directed to all of the deflectors, and a hanger by which said anti-splash device is suspended from a toilet rim into an interior of a toilet bowl.
