The steering support bracket includes an upper bracket joined to an upper side of the instrument panel reinforcement in a vehicle up-down direction, and a lower bracket joined to a lower side of the instrument panel reinforcement in the vehicle up-down direction and fastened and fixed to the upper bracket.
