PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can predict the result of liquid chromatography precisely for a wide range of solvent mixture ratios based on the result of thin-layer chromatography.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a liquid chromatography method for separating two or more different types of compounds of a mixture, the method including: step (1) of conducting thin-layer chromatography or column chromatography on two or more solvent mixtures with different mixture ratios or a single solvent; step (2) of creating a relational expression of the solvent mixture ratio and the elution degree of each compound in a sample based on the result of step (1); and step (3) of determining an optimum condition based on the expression and conducting liquid chromatography.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
