The releasable engagement mechanism is configured to release a force transmitting engagement between the cutter blade operation lever and the left rotary shaft to allow the cutter blade operation lever to rotate relative to the left rotary shaft when an excessive force is applied to the cutter blade operation lever in a direction to rotate the left rotary shaft beyond a normal rotational angle range. |
