Zusammenfassung:A computer system operates to monitor an activity of a service provider to detect a first milestone that coincides with a service state of the service provider being changed to an unmatched state. The computer system tallies a value of a counter over a time interval during which the service provider is in an unmatched state. The computer system determines a credit value for the service provider based on at least one of the tallied value or a value associated with a detected tally milestone.
