Zusammenfassung:An air-conditioning apparatus includes firstly a refrigerant circuit in which a condenser, an expander, an evaporator, a compressor, and an oil separator are connected by pipes, and secondly an oil return circuit configured to return oil from the oil separator to the compressor. The compressor includes an oil concentration sensor configured to detect oil concentration inside the compressor. The oil return circuit includes multiple solenoid valves that are each opened or closed corresponding to the oil concentration detected by the oil concentration sensor.
