Zusammenfassung:A tongue module for a partition, which can be mounted underneath a storage compartment in a passenger cabin of a passenger aircraft, has a base support, which can be attached to a fixed section of the partition. The fixed section can be mounted in the passenger cabin. The tongue module has a tongue, which is guided on the base support in such a way as to be movable, and a guiding device for the tongue. The guiding device has a first guiding section for the translational movement of the tongue between a release position and an intermediate position. A second guiding section is provided for the rotation of the tongue about a rotational axis between the intermediate position and a closed position.
