Zusammenfassung:	Electronic communications of team members of a team are monitored over time. Individual repeating patterns of interactions between team members and associated repeating subject matter topics of the interactions are identified. The identified individual repeating patterns and the associated repeating subject matter topics of the interactions are aggregated into a set of group interaction patterns of the team. Routine availability of a team member for additional interactions is determined in accordance with the set of group interaction patterns of the team.
