The approach includes a method that includes generating, by at least one computing device, a message within a communication layer overlaid on a web page. The method further includes generating a screen shot of the web page. The method further includes sending the screen shot and the message to another user as a memo configured to be displayed on the communication layer overlaid on the web page on a receiving computing device.
