Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an organic semiconductor element which has excellent carrier mobility, heat resistance and flexibility, while having excellent coating process adequacy for a semiconductor active layer; an organic semiconductor composition which is capable of forming an organic semiconductor that has excellent coating process adequacy, while having excellent carrier mobility, heat resistance and flexibility; and an organic semiconductor film and a method for manufacturing an organic semiconductor element, each of which uses the above-described composition. An organic semiconductor element according to the present invention is characterized by having a semiconductor active layer that contains a compound represented by formula 1. In formula 1, A represents an aromatic ring selected from among aromatic rings represented by formula 2 or formula 3; * represents the bonding position where two lateral chalcogenophene rings are bonded; Xa represents a chalcogen atom; one of X1 and Y1 represents a chalcogen atom; and one of X2 and Y2 represents a chalcogen atom. |
