Zusammenfassung:	An interior structure for a vehicle includes an instrument panel disposed below a windshield, an air conditioning duct provided inside the instrument panel, and a head-up display device having a housing structure and mounted to the instrument panel, the head-up display device being configured to project information on the windshield. The head-up display device has a heat dissipating portion on an outer peripheral face of the housing. The air conditioning duct has a facing portion that faces the heat dissipating portion so as to be able to exchange heat with the heat dissipating portion.
