Zusammenfassung:IgG bispecific antibodies are provided that bind human Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide (CGRP) and human Interleukin-23 (IL-23) and are characterized as having high affinity and strong simultaneous neutralizing properties to both human CGRP and human IL-23. The bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful for treating various autoimmune diseases including Inflammatory Bowel Disease, such as Crohn's Disease (CD) and Ulcerative Colitis (UC), and other autoimmune diseases such as psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and atopic dermatitis (AtD). The bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful for treating pain associated with the aforementioned diseases.
