Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is an image quality improving film and a preparation method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The image quality improving film includes a scattering layer for covering a pixel region of a display layer to scatter a light coming from the display layer. By attaching the image quality improving film to image-displaying side of the display layer in the display panel and covering the pixel region of the display layer with the scattering layer, the scattering layer of the image quality improving film can scatter a light coming from the display layer, thereby increasing the viewing angle of the display panel.
