Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a lithium battery packaging materials and manufacturing methods. The anti-corrosion treatment of the aluminum foil adopts one of the following methods (1) aqueous modified resin containing trivalent chromium, (2) adding the binding adhesive layer to non-chromium material (hereinafter referred to as the lamination layer). The substrate layer uses a special polyester film or a composite film of nylon and general polyester to replace the nylon film, simplifying the product structure, improving the existing hydrofluoric acid (HF) corrosion resistance and solvent resistance. The present invention, which is applied to lithium battery packaging materials, is able to provide excellent corrosion resistance, processability, and solvent resistance, and effectively enhances the service life of lithium batteries.
