The method includes: obtaining a plurality of geographic boundaries from a geographic location of a mobile device; generating a monitored boundary encompassing the plurality of geographic boundaries; and providing a refresh boundary within the monitored boundary to encompass at least one geographic boundary of the plurality of geographic boundaries. |
