Zusammenfassung:	A plug-in connector part for connection to a mating plug-in connector part includes: a housing which has a plug-in portion for plug-in connection to the plug-in connector part; at least one contact element, arranged in the plug-in portion and having a shaft portion, for electrically contacting an associated mating contact element of the mating plug-in connector part; and a heat capacity element, which is arranged on the shaft portion of the at least one contact element and rigidly connected to the shaft portion, for absorbing heat from the at least one contact element.
