Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of the present invention disclose a display panel comprising a circuit board, a driving chip and a touch panel. The display panel further comprises an electrostatic discharge circuit disposed between the circuit board and the touch panel. The electrostatic discharge circuit defines an electrostatic discharge path electrically connecting the circuit board with the touch panel, and a second path through the driving chip is provided between the circuit board and the touch panel, wherein the overall impedance of the electrostatic discharge path is smaller than the overall impedance of the second path. Also a display device including the display panel is disclosed.
