Zusammenfassung:	A communication control unit for a vehicle is configured to be coupled to a first bus that couples control units to each other in the vehicle. The communication control unit includes a determination module and a communication control module. The determination module comprehensively determines whether to prohibit initialization of respective pieces of malfunction information stored in the control units, on the basis of a state of the vehicle. The communication control module transmits, to the first bus, an initialization control signal for controlling whether to prohibit the initialization of the malfunction information on the basis of a result of the determination made by the determination module.
