Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to devices and methods for the treatment of diseases in the vasculature, and more specifically, devices and methods for treatment of aneurysms found in blood vessels. In one embodiment, a system for treating an aneurysm is disclosed. The system comprises a catheter delivery system, an expandable foam configured to pass through the catheter delivery system, and a stent having a first end and a second end. The stent is configured to extend across the aneurysm. The expandable foam is configured to expand in the aneurysm when exposed to a fluid.
