Zusammenfassung:	A motive power system includes a first energy storage, a second energy storage, an actuator, an internal combustion engine, an electric generator, a power transmission circuit, and circuitry. The circuitry is configured to control the power transmission circuit to charge at least the second energy storage via the electric generator. The circuitry is configured to control the power transmission circuit such that only the first energy storage supplies electric power to the actuator for a predetermined period when a charge rate of the second energy storage is lower than a first threshold.
