Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of increasing the service life of a cleaning blade, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic device.SOLUTION: In a cylindrical electrophotographic photoreceptor having a plurality of recesses on its surface, the total sum of opening area of all the recesses is 5% or more and 65% or less of all the area of the surface layer of the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the average value davg of depth of all the recesses satisfies the following (expression 1): 0.4≤davg≤3.0(μm) (expression 1), the total sum of opening area of the recesses having depth d satisfying the following (expression 2) accounts for 95% or more of the total sum of opening area of all the recesses: davg-0.2≤d≤davg+0.2(μm) (expression 2), and the average value Lavg of the maximum width of opening of the recesses of the electrophotographic photoreceptor in a circumferential direction is 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less.
