Zusammenfassung:	A device for relieving foot or heel pain having of a top and bottom horizontal cylindrical members attached by flexible, adjustable cords. The first cylindrical member is placed under the affected foot while second cylindrical member is placed over the knee and held in place to provide resistance. The bottom cylindrical member is used to provide a gentle massage to the affected foot while the foot is held in the flex position.
