Zusammenfassung:	A method of displaying data in a data visualization computing system is described. Various methods of displaying the data are described including using a timeline, the data being aggregated based on time periods wherein the timeline consists of a plurality of time period sizes, the current selected time period covering the smallest time period, the period furthest on the timeline from the current selected period covering the largest time period, the timeline consisting of at least one time period of each time period size. Also described are improved methods of data selection and display.
