The soft-magnetic device has a recess between the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole. A vertical direction is directed from the upper side to the lower side at right angle to a tangential direction. The first magnetic pole has a permanent magnet with a magnetization in one direction, and the second magnetic pole does not have a permanent magnet. |
