The pressure-sensitive touch panel includes a substrate and a touch sensor and a pressure sensor arranged on the substrate. The touch sensor includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and the pressure sensor includes an upper electrode, a lower electrode and a dielectric layer arranged between the upper electrode and the lower electrode. The upper electrode and the first electrode are arranged in the same layer and formed of the same material, the lower electrode and the second electrode are arranged in the same layer and formed of the same material, and the dielectric layer is formed of an elastic insulation material.
