The first nozzle hole is disposed on a leading end side of the shaft body, and generates a first jet in a first injecting direction inclining to a base end side of the shaft body with respect to a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the shaft body. The second nozzle hole is disposed on a base end side of the first nozzle hole in the shaft body, and generates a second jet in a second injecting direction inclining to a leading end side of the shaft body with respect to a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the shaft body.
