Zusammenfassung:	A liquid crystal display device includes a substrate having pixel regions and a counter substrate opposed thereto. Gate lines and data lines intersect to define the pixel regions. A first common electrode overlaps the data lines and is disposed on a first insulating layer that is disposed on the substrate and the data lines. A second insulating layer is disposed between the first common electrode and a pixel electrode pattern that is disposed on the first insulating layer and insulated from the first common electrode. A second common electrode is disposed on one of the data lines and electrically connected to the first common electrode. A projection of the second common electrode on the substrate overlaps a projection of the one of the data lines on the substrate. A spacer is disposed on the substrate and is overlapped with the one of the data lines.
