Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a card holder and an electronic device. The electronic device includes: a device body provided with a card holder slot and a card holder installed in the card holder slot, where a limiting rib is arranged in the card holder slot. The card holder includes: a card holder body, a card holder cap arranged on the card holder body and force application pieces for applying a force to the card holder cap towards the card holder body. The card holder cap is movably connected with the card holder body. The force application pieces enable the card holder cap to keep close to the card holder body. A limiting surface is arranged on the card holder cap and is abutted against the limiting rib so that an outer wall surface of a side wall of the card holder cap is flush with a surface of the device body.
