Each of the first and second portions includes a plurality of tabs. Further, at least one tab of the plurality of tabs is adapted to be removed from the first and second portions based on a configuration of the valve assembly. The removal of the at least one tab from the first and second portions provides at least one passage for connecting at least one fluid line with the valve assembly.
